HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST?

 

The cost of our services is usually determined by the type of service needed and the size of the property and the frequency it is needed.

 

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE PEST A CONTROL TREATMENT DONE?

 

Regularly at intervals of no more than 6 months. Shorter periods may be recommended, according to environmental conditions.

 

WILL THE SPRAY AFFECT MY FAMILY AND MY PETS?

 

The chemicals we apply are registered to be used in hospitals, schools and public places. They will not harm your family and pets and are applied carefully.

 

WILL THE SPRAY AFFECT MY PETS?

 

We ask that during the treatments, you either put your pets in a room that is not being treated or allow them to remain in untreated areas until the chemicals we have used are dry. Pet bowls need to be picked up until after treatments have completed. These precautions will ensure your pets safety during our treatments.

 

IS IT SAFE TO BE IN MY HOME/OFFICE/BUILDING WHILE YOU SPRAY?

 

It’s safe, but we recommend that while treatments are underway that you avoid treated areas and ventilate all rooms thoroughly after completion for up to 2 hours before resuming any activity.

 

DO I NEED TO EMPTY MY KITCHEN CUPBOARDS?

 

No, this is not necessary as we apply a gel to areas where cockroaches nest or harbour. No sprays are applied to these areas or near food items.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO PRIOR TO THE PEST CONTROL TREATMENT?

 

We require access to room edges to spray along skirting boards and corners where pests may harbour. Any loose items should be moved off the ground. All food items should be cleared from tables and counter tops.

 

WILL THE SPRAY YOU USE STAIN MY CARPET?

 

No, the emulsion we spray does not stain. It’s a water based residual spray that doesn’t contain strong solvents that could damage your floor coverings.

What is a Garden Flush & Why do I need it?

 

A Garden Flush is essentially a pest control treatment that will flush out all pests that may be lurking around the outside of your home. We use specialised equipment to spray lawns and essentially flush out pests.

While our general pest control treatment covers the interior and exterior of your home, we recommend the garden flush add-on service to ensure pests don’t get in from your lawn areas.

Our Garden Flush treatment is 100% safe and will not damage your lawn , however we avoid spraying into flower beds and potted plants. Click here to read more.

Are your staff certified to provide pest control treatments at my home or business?

 

Our staff are trained at the Pest Control Industries academy and are always supervised by an on-site Pest Control Operator, who is licensed by the Department of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries. Click to view.
